Description
Vacuum observation window is an optical feedthrough, providing specifications of CF16, CF25, CF35, CF50, CF63, CF100, CF150, CF200, CF250 metal-sealed vacuum viewing window, glass using sapphire, quartz glass or K9 glass, light transmission rate of 92%, can transmit ultraviolet, visible and infrared light waves. Glass and metal (stainless steel) sealing positive and negative pressure.
Sealing: Sapphire glass (quartz glass) and metal direct vacuum brazing sealing process.
K9 glass and metal sealing process is adopted.
Technical Indicators: Baking Temperature:≤600℃C (Sapphire Glass, Quartz Glass)
Baking temperature: ≤300℃(<K9 glass)
Leakage rate:≤10-10Pa.m3/S

2. Sealed observation windows with O-rings of various specifications.
